If you’re chasing lower E.T.s and more KMPH, your tyres are doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
NTTRacing® is the Australian distributor for Goodyear Racing, supplying Goodyear Eagle® drag tyres to local racers since 1983.
From Sportsman cars to serious alcohol and Top Fuel applications, our drag range is built to get you off the line harder and keep your passes consistent.
Why Goodyear Drag Racing Tyres?
Goodyear Eagle Dragway Special tyres are built using technology proven in premier drag racing classes over decades. That same development work filters into the full range — from Stock/Super Stock through to high-horsepower radial and Top Fuel applications.
Key benefits racers look for:
High grip compounds designed for drag applications, including specialised radial compounds like D-8 and slick compounds such as D-2 series for high horsepower cars.
Fast, consistent passes with minimal break-in and repeatable performance across a wide range of track conditions.
Extensive sizing from small front runners through to big slicks for Pro Mod, Alcohol and Top Fuel applications.
Trusted brand pedigree – Goodyear Racing products are used globally and engineered specifically to cope with extreme drag racing loads.

How to Find the Right Drag Tyre on Our Website
We’ve set up the GY Racing store so drag racers can hunt by size, D Number or category – the same way you’re used to reading a drag tyre catalogue.
Step 1 – Start in the DRAG category
Go to Products → DRAG, or head straight to /product-category/drag/
Step 2 – Filter by what matters most
By O.D. (overall diameter) – match your current gearing/ride height
By tread width or section width – control footprint and clearance
By D Number – ideal if you’re already running a particular Goodyear size and want the same tyre again
Step 3 – Open the product page for full specs
Each tyre page lists key technical details such as:
D Number
Compound
Overall diameter (O.D.)
Section and tread width
Roll-out
Recommended rim range and design rim
Example: tyre pages like the D2904 front runner and D5202/D5204 radials show all of this data so you can match your setup accurately.
Tip: If you’re not sure which D Number suits your combo, contact us with your class, power level, car weight and current tyre size and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Drag Racing Tyres – Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use drag radials on the street?
Goodyear drag radials are designed for drag racing and straight-line performance. Some sizes may be suitable for street/strip use depending on local regulations and vehicle setup, but they’re not a replacement for road-legal performance tyres. Always check your class rules and local road laws.
How do I know which compound to choose?
Compounds such as D-8, D-2, D-1 and others are tuned for different vehicle weights and power levels. High-horsepower cars often step up to more aggressive compounds, while lighter or lower-power combinations may work better on slightly harder tyres for consistency and tyre life. The Goodyear Drag Tyre Guide includes detailed notes for each compound, and we’re happy to help interpret that for your specific car.
Do you ship drag tyres outside Australia?
No. We only ship orders within Australia.
I already know the D Number I need – what’s the fastest way to order?
